Online financial donation The Friends of PIR website is the easiest way to make a recurring or one time donation. Proceeds go to support projects like the ones described above. We are also interested in hearing from user groups about specific fund raising projects to help meet PIR infrastructure or event specific needs.
Employer matching Many companies offer dollar for dollar matching. Some offer even more on Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving. If you want double your impact to Friends of PIR, consider making a donation on Giving Tuesday – the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution If you are 70 ½ years old with IRA funds you no longer need, please consider a donation to FOPIR. If you are 73 years old or older, your QCD can count towards your required minimum distribution (RMD)! Your QCD goes directly to Friends of PIR, supporting a cause you care about.
